These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and pk60 (hereinafter "pk60", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pk60.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, customer-support services and any other features made available through the Site.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with pk60's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form an integral part of it.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to separate Bonus Terms and Conditions and are not immediately withdrawable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial resources which are not subject to wagering requirements, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory framework and procedures applied to detect, prevent and report financial crime.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance, or winnings derived from a Bonus Balance, may be converted to Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for users accessing from Pakistan.
• "Platform" or "Site" means the website at https://pk60.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains and applications operated by pk60.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a licence that pk60 does not hold.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary mechanism by which a User requests temporary or permanent restriction of their Account access for responsible-gambling purposes.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pk60's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, internet infrastructure failure or natural disaster.

By completing the registration process on the Platform, by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept" or equivalent confirmation button, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you unequivocally confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
2. You have read and agree to be bound by the pk60 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
3. You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
4. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
5. You accept full and sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting customer support.

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. pk60 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your country, state or territory of residence. Residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not a pk60 employee: Current employees, contractors, consultants and immediate family members of pk60 are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.

To access the Platform's gaming and betting services you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. The following obligations apply to all registered Users:

• Accuracy of information: All information submitted during registration and subsequently must be true, accurate and not misleading. Submission of false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: pk60 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders. You must provide satisfactory identity documents (such as a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued document) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict your ability to withdraw funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or Account access with any third party. pk60 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised you must notify pk60 support immediately by email at [email protected].
• Account closure: pk60 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, AML concern or regulatory requirement.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the live cashier. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

6.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods that are active in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment rail, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are reference names only — pk60 makes no representation that these providers endorse or support gambling transactions, and their availability in the cashier may change without notice. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the live cashier. pk60 does not accept deposits made from funds belonging to third parties.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in your name, at pk60's discretion;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the live cashier;
• Processing times vary by method, bank and verification status. pk60 does not guarantee specific processing timelines and no "instant withdrawal" representation should be relied upon;
• pk60 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time;
• Withdrawal of funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement is not permitted until that requirement is satisfied.

6.3 Cryptocurrency. Where cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (including BTC, USDT and others) are supported, they are subject to the additional terms displayed in the live cashier, including network fee disclosure, confirmation requirements and wallet accuracy obligations. pk60 is not liable for funds lost due to User-provided incorrect wallet addresses.

pk60 may offer various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum bet restriction per round or per bet typically applies (commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 — check each promotion's specific terms). Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonuses not wagered through within the stated period are automatically removed from the Account. No extension is guaranteed.
• Sticky and Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is non-sticky, the bonus amount is deducted from withdrawable winnings upon withdrawal; where a bonus is sticky, it remains in the Account until wagering is complete at which point it is removed. The nature of each bonus is stated in its specific terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotional offers impose a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated while a Bonus Balance is active. Amounts above the stated cap are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one redemption per person, household, IP address and device.
• Abuse: pk60 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus winnings and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting combinations designed to complete wagering with minimal financial risk or exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the Platform:

• Game rules: Each individual game or betting market is governed by its own set of rules as displayed within the game interface or market listing. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet or wager.
• Bets once placed: Subject to any applicable cancellation window stated within a specific game or market, bets and wagers are final once confirmed. pk60 is not obligated to cancel or reverse a placed bet at a User's request.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, pk60 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stake amount to the User's Account. The principle "malfunction voids all bets and pays" applies where technically appropriate.
• Disputed outcomes: All game and bet outcomes are determined by the Platform's certified game engine or official data feed providers. In the event of a dispute, pk60's determination of the correct outcome shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.
• Odds and markets: Sports betting odds and market availability are subject to change without notice. Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, except in the case of manifest error.
• Manifest error: pk60 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds resulting from a manifest pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error at the time of placing the bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, malfunctions or undisclosed vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents fair play;
• Colluding with other players in any card game, table game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions in bad faith;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting pk60's formal dispute resolution process;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pk60's customer-support staff in any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is unlawful without appropriate authorisation.

pk60 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing its Users with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible-gambling provisions apply to all Accounts:

10.1 Available Tools. All registered Users may access the following responsible-gambling controls directly from their Account dashboard, without requiring a customer-support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, per week or per month. Once the limit is reached no further bets may be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. The Platform will issue a reminder alert and, where configured, terminate the session upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period pk60 will not send promotional communications to the affected Account.

10.2 Adults Only. You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction — to use the Platform. Gambling is not suitable for individuals under the legal minimum age, individuals with gambling addiction or those for whom gambling causes financial hardship.

10.3 Responsible Gambling Guidance. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, or that of someone close to you, pk60 encourages you to seek independent support. All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, design, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, text content and databases, are owned by or licensed to pk60 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute or resell any part of the Platform or its content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without express written authorisation from pk60.

Any unauthorised use of pk60's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk60 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

pk60 shall not be liable to any User for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
• Losses arising from the User's violation of applicable law in accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events as defined in Section 2.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk60's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk60 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on their Account, via in-Platform notification, or by prominent display on the Site's homepage, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request Account closure before the effective date.

The version of the Terms currently in force is that published on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective from" date at the top of this document indicates the date from which the current version applies.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk60 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pk60 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You should contact pk60 customer support in the first instance, setting out the nature of your complaint clearly and in writing.

14.3 Formal Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate it through pk60's formal complaints procedure as described in the customer-support section of the Platform. pk60 aims to acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk60 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
